It's getting warmer!!!

Hello! Wow! It's been a long time since I've been here, hasn't it? Sorry about that. We've been busy!

I'm almost 2 1/2 now and Lila is 5 1/2 months. We're both growing faster than Mom and Dad would like. :)

Aren't we getting big?? :)

Friday, May 14th, I gave Mom and Dad quite a scare. I was sitting with Daddy and he noticed that I felt warm. Mom took my temperature and it was 104!! Daddy rushed me to the ER and my temp had gone down to 103 by then. They found out I had pneumonia. I was given medicine for the pneumonia and for the fever. My fever broke on Saturday night and I've been getting better every day since. Today, I'm still tired...but otherwise, pretty much back to normal.

This is what I looked like the day they brought me to the ER (this was taken before my temp spiked):

Lila's teeth still refuse to come through. I really hope they come in soon though. The crying and drooling on my toys is really annoying. I try to give her toys to keep her happy, but sometimes it just doesn't work. Mommy gives her teething tablets that seem to work great.

Lila tried cereal for the first time last week. She loves it! Mommy gave her some applesauce and she liked that too. She didn't eat it all so I did my brotherly duty and finished it for her. :)

I like to watch the ducks outside when they choose our front yard to hang out in. They're always on our street somewhere. The other day, they were in our yard. Here's proof:

You can see him right there plain as day, but she is hiding...can you see her? She's at the bottom of the corner pole of the neighbor's fence. :)

Here I am just being silly...mimicking daddy...
