18 Months old and a few firsts...

Hello everyone!

I wanted to update you on a few things I've been doing this month. I'm 18 months old now. I've learned a few new words. Apple and car are two that I can think of right off hand. I also know know where to find my nose, ears, mouth, eyes, hair, hands, belly, butt, knees, and toes. I've been busy learning a lot and will repeat almost anything that's said to me at least once.

We went to the lake for Memorial weekend. I had so much fun! It was a rough day on Monday (Memorial Day) though. Mommy was having trouble with the baby so we took her to the ER in Detroit Lakes. Everything is fine now, but that sure was scary. She says she's liking this pregnancy thing because she doesn't have to change my poopy diapers or take out the garbage because the smell makes her gag. Daddy says he'll get his payback when its time. My parents are funny!


Today was the best day! I got my very first haircut! Here are a few pictures of today and a couple from last weekend at the park that I wanted to share with you.

Here's the before shot at home just as we were leaving for Snip-Its in Maple Grove:

We walked in and THIS is what I see!! It was AWESOME!!

I played with the toys until it was my turn.

Then this nice lady came to get me and she cut my hair while Mommy fed me Apple Cinnamon Puffs and another lady blew bubble for me. They also had a cartoon playing on the tv in front of me.

I did really well, while she cut my hair. I didn't even mind when she used the blow dryer!

Here I am! All done!

This is in the car on the way home. Mommy thought my little piece of hair sticking up was cute.

But the swings are my favorite!! I started falling asleep in the swing so Mommy and Daddy brought me home and I napped for 2 hours after this!!

Mommy, Daddy, and my little brother or sister are all doing fine. I just wanted to say hi and share my big day with you!
