I just enjoyed my 2nd Christmas! Don't remember last Christmas...I was only 22 days old! On Christmas Eve, Me, Daddy, and Mommy opened presents just between us three. We all got wonderful gifts! Daddy got a movie and Mommy got a sewing machine. I got the best gift though...I got the Little People barn!! Yay! I had soooo much fun playing with that. :)
Then on Christmas Day went all went to Grandma Barb and Grandpa Jim's house to spend Christmas with them, Great Grandma Phyllis and Aunt Jo. They had a full on Turkey dinner with all the fixings. I didn't have any...but Mommy and Daddy said it was 'SOOOO GOOD'. We opened presents and I got more toys! I got cars and trucks and money and so much stuff I can't even remember it all! Mommy and Daddy got very nice gifts also. Then I took and nap while they played the dice game. That's when you buy a bunch of stuff at the dollar store, wrap it all up and put it in a pile in the middle of the table. Then everyone rolls a pair of dice to try to get doubles. If you get doubles, you get a present. When all of the presents are gone, the everyone opens what they got! Mommy and Daddy got sticky notes, stickers, mugs, wash cloths, candy,...all kinds of stuff! It's not about the stuff...it's about having fun and spending time together. The stuff is just a bonus.
Tomorrow we are going to Iowa to have Christmas with Daddy's side of the family. I can't wait!! I hope you all had a Merry Christmas!!!
