I hope you all are having a wonderful season. As we get ready to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ...our family was blessed with our own birth to celebrate as well! She was born on December 9 at 1:42pm. She weighed 7 lbs and 3 oz and was 19.5 inches long. She's the perfect addition to our family.
Introducing, my little sister, Lila Kay!
This was the moment we first met. Mommy and Daddy just came home from the hospital. Grandma Barb stayed at my house with me.

I even get to hold her! She's so little. I have to sit down and use both hands though. :)
So far, I'm doing well. I'm trying to be a good boy. It's hard to give up the spotlight. Now I have to share. I knew having a sister would have some drawbacks. Oh well. I just make sure Mommy remembers to change Lila's diaper. Whenever Lila cries, I bring a diaper to Mommy and tell her "Ila butt change". (I have a hard time with the first L in her name so it comes out 'eye-la'.) We're all adjusting to a new person in the house quite well. I think Lila thinks we're all nuts though. ;)
